Features：
When open there is a zip down the centre to place your suit/dress in. This will keep your garment clean, neat and wrinkle-free.
Storage is maximised through multiple pockets. There is a specific pocket to store a tie/scarf, there are zipped and open wall pockets inside, there is also an elasticised pouch, great for toiletries.
There is a separate side pocket specifically for your shoes. This keeps your shoes separate from everything else, ensuring the contents of bag remain clean.
The bag features a detachable shoulder strap as well as two rolled handles.
On the back of the bag there is a luggage sleeve with zips at the top and the bottom, this can be unzipped to use over your luggage handle or alternatively can be used as an extra pocket.
There is also a concealed pocket on the front, ideal for quick access to items such as your phone or travel documents.
The base of the bag features 5 little feet to keep the bag secure and protected when placed down.
The bag can be stored flat when not in use.

FREE UK SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS ABOVE £40 - UK MAINLAND AND NORTHERN IRELAND ONLY.  

DISPATCH DAYS ARE MON-FRI EXCLUDING BANK HOLIDAYS

We aim to get your purchases to you within 5-7 working days (UK Mainland and Northern Ireland)

EU (Including Republic of Ireland) - Up to 10 working days. 

Rest of the world - 10 - 14 working days.

Australia & New Zealand - 14 to 21 Days

Refund Policy

Returns

Our returns policy is very simple and also consistent with our ethos, to maximise savings for our customers. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to accept returns. We have a 30 day return policy. This means you have 30 days to return the product starting from the day of purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected by this.

We do not accept returns after 30 days. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unuse, unaltered and in original packaging.


In some very rare cases, some types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes  products that are intimate or sanitary-one time use in nature, and other such products.

Where a product is non-returnable, it will be clearly stated before purchase.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a maximum of 10 days. 

Late or missing refunds 

Did we confirm that we are refunding you? If that is not the case, then get in touch right away and get some clarity on the matter. See email below.

If you did get a confirmation from us, first you must give it time (10 Days Max). In most cases this resolves the issue. 

If you haven’t received your refund after this, contact your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges 
Due to the limited nature of our product lines, like for like exchanges are subject to stock availability and therefore not guaranteed. We do accept exchanges for another product of the same value.  If you wish to exchange an item please email sales@lovethybargains.com with all relevant information and you will be notified if it is possible. You will then proceed to start the shipping process. 

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
